Prior to establishing Elite Human Capital Group, Crystal was a Vice President with Westaff in Milwaukee. Included in her recruitment resume are four years with Kforce Professional Staffing as a Business Unit Vice President in Chicago, and three years with QPS Staffing where she held a District Manager position in southeastern Wisconsin.

Crystal began her career in the areas of retail, management, sales and operations immediately after college. She worked for Calvin Klein Inc. for five years where her career progressed from store/operations management to her promotion as Midwest Territory Manager responsible for product sales.
