Kate has more than 15 years of experience in recruiting across multiple industries including sales, marketing, healthcare and manufacturing but has a true area of expertise in Information Technology. It is no surprise that Kate has earned market recognition as an expert in the IT recruiting and consulting arena and always applies best practices with local and international clients.

Kate is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with a degree in Public Relations. Prior to her career as a recruiter, she held various positions in hospitality, catering, sales, tourism and advertising. Kate is an active member of the Community and involved with groups such as the Waukesha Area Chamber of Commerce, Top Echelon, Human Resource Management Association and Wisconsin Professional Recruiter Resource.
