Prior to joining the Elite team, Sue gained experience in the recruiting world with adtec Staffing and QPS Staffing. It was here that she truly refined her knowledge of how to be a great recruiter. Her focus then and today is to build up a candidate pool of quality applicants in the customer service, office, administrative and various technical fields.

Sue also expanded her staffing expertise when she took on the position as a Corporate Recruiter for US Cellular. It was here that she gained the know-how of what happens on the "other side" of recruiting, the clients side. This know-how is one of the many reasons why Sue has such great successes in dealing with our clients. She knows what they are going through and can "ease their pain," so to speak, when it comes to staffing.

Additionally, her understanding of the business world from past opportunities as a Quality Control and Customer Service Manager for Kings Way Homes and Stenson Builders gave her an added all-around savvy to her position.
