I have always had a joy in being able to help people find a career in which they love or a job that will help them get back on their feet. What makes me elite is really taking the time to get to know each and every one of my candidates to help understand their wants and needs in a career.
My life before Elite was Manpower. I recruited on results-oriented clients with expectations of several placements per month. I was with Manpower for close to 3 years. I started as an entry level recruiter and left as a team lead. I was taught many different styles of recruiting which has made me a better recruiter today.
One of my personal achievements is that at my previous employment I was working on a tough project with a difficult client and I was tasked with getting fills for them in short amount of time. If I did not do this, they would have left and we would have lost business. Thanks to personal efforts from myself I was able to exceed their expectations getting 10 fills in a week and kept them on as a client.
I have been volunteering running the Breast Cancer walks and volunteering at my church with helping set up children’s bible study.
My life outside of Elite consists of kickboxing, sporting events and time with my family. I am very family-oriented and love to spend a lot of my time with my niece and nephew. I also love going to sporting events such as Bucks games, Packers games and Brewers games.
