I work with an amazing group of professionals who inspire me to be the best that I can. Whether it is on the client or candidate side, my goal is to make a positive impact. Regular communication is the key to a positive experience throughout any recruitment process, and I make sure to regularly provide the information needed to keep our process moving. I’m always willing to roll up my sleeves to do whatever is needed from the client or the team that I work with.
My first work experience was working in restaurant and retail environments where I began my customer focused approach. After graduation I started off my career in staffing where I began to fully appreciate the difference that you can make in a recruitment capacity. After a 2 year role as a HR manager for a non-profit, I moved to the RPO industry where I spent the next 10 years working to strengthen partnerships, cultivate strong relationships, and further develop my skills in order to better make a difference for my customers and candidates. I also used to DJ weddings.
My biggest personal achievement would be my family. I am lucky to be able to be a part of their lives and contribute to who they are. In 2014, I was manager of my son’s little league team that won the league’s championship tournament.
I am going on my 9th year of being actively involved in West Allis Little League. I have coached or managed for all 9 of those years and have served on the board for 6 of those years. I am also involved in the Booster Club for West Allis Central High School. Finally, for the last 2 years I have served on the City of West Allis Board of Appeals Committee. I also typically participate in at least one run/walk per year supporting Cancer research.
Outside of work my life revolves around my family and friends. I have three amazing sons and a wonderful wife who I enjoy spending time with. I have a new found appreciation for spending time with others that are a part of my life. I love going to movies, cookouts, or any activity that allows me to spend time with others. If I am not at home or at work, I am often at a baseball field. Whether it is coaching one of my sons, watching other kid’s I have coached in the past, or catching the Brewers, baseball is one of my passions.
