Relationship building is at the core of who we are as humans, and that is what drives me daily in our business. I highly value the personal and work interactions I share with job seekers, customers and peers alike because they help to define us as people and develop us as professionals. I also firmly believe that honest communication and adherence to ethical practices are the cornerstones to long term success in any business, and I apply those beliefs daily.
Before starting with elite TalentScout, I spent over 5 years working in the staffing industry, where I developed my experience in recruiting and professional placement. Prior to that, I worked in the restaurant industry for several years while I was attending school at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Like most individuals who have worked in the food service world for an extended period of time, I have learned that excellent customer service forms the basis for all positive business interactions.
College graduate, Eagle Scout, and Captain of a beer league hockey team that won back to back championships in 2013 and 2014.
I like to participate in several charity hockey tournaments every year to benefit the victims of cancer, ALS and other debilitating medical conditions.
My primary passion outside of spending time with family and friends is playing the pure sport of hockey. If I’m not at work, home or out with friends, odds are you can find me at the rink. There is no better stress reliever than spending some time on the ice.
