I believe that having a student mentality has helped me achieve my goals and be a key part to any team. My desire to continually learn new skills in every aspect of my career has lead me to where I am today.
Before I started my career here at elite, I was in another recruiter role. I worked as a recruiter for an international company called Washington Inventory Services (WIS) where I was responsible for meeting staffing goals for the office. I did this for a couple years while in college and I truly learned a lot from my time there.
Being a younger business professional, I can’t say that I have that many great achievements. So far I would say my biggest accomplishment is graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. During my time there I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Communication, and was a member of Greek life on campus.
Giving back is something that I hope to continue during my post grad years. During college I did a variety of volunteering whether it was being involved with neighborhood clean-up projects, as well as volunteering at the Waukesha Mediation Court.
Outside of work I really enjoy my time outdoors. Whether it’s a family or friend’s backyard during a cookout, or if it’s a back woods hunting and fishing. Just overall spending my leisure time wisely. I also hope to start this activity called “reading” soon, not sure when I will start but it’s on my agenda.
