I am a dedicated recruiter that seeks to positively match candidates to their unique and ideal position. Perfectionist to the core, I maintain my integrity through open communication with my clients and exercising due diligence with every requisition that crosses my desk.
My time was spent mostly working in the marketing world: print buying, market research, project management. Helping to create smart campaigns that were cost effective was a passion of mine that transcends into my recruitment life.
My mother and daughter are my everything. I aim to give back to them daily through love and care. Family learns and supports each other; I wouldn’t ask for anyone else to be mine.
I regularly volunteer for charitable events like Strides against Breast Cancer and Next Door’s Annual Walk for Children. Giving back has always been instilled in me from volunteering at Boys and Girls Clubs during my young adult years to helping national campaigns with my sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Work truly doesn’t stop, and at the end of the day, I have to adorn a new hat – dance mom. I am a dance mom to the fullest and have been known to put in some grueling hours for my daughter’s next competition. But it is worth it to watch her build the foundation of a great work ethic. I also have a deep appreciation for the arts and try to regularly attend the theatre.
