When working with a client it’s about building trust and a relationship, and doing what is right for them.
Uno Ab Alto (one over all) is an unofficial motto of the Air Force. This is also what makes me elite. I take the time to listen to the client’s needs, understand their brand and value proposition, and learn what makes their teams and organizations successful. I do my best to see the value in every challenge and find insightful solutions that are sustainable and profitable for them. My goal is to make people care about the client’s product and service; and show how talent can affect the bottom line and results.
My professional life spans from a management trainee to an account manager and procurement specialist responsible for vendor relations and managing a budget of roughly 6 million dollars.
These experiences have has taught me how businesses become and remain successful, the importance of customer service, the significance of an engaged workforce, how to align business and people strategies, and how to grow while staying profitable.
As an Air Force active duty veteran and now a National Guard member, I’ve learned the importance of executing a strategy, decision making, collaboration, operational effectiveness and continuous training.
Throughout my professional career I’ve been able to earn certificates and industry recognitions. However the greatest privilege has been serving as a volunteer for the Honor Flight and showing respect for the men and women who have preserved our freedoms.
“Community” is a family value. From a young age my parents started teaching their children about sharing with and caring for others. With that being said I’ve volunteered for local events such as Hunger Task Force, Blessings in the Back Pack, The Make-a-Wish foundation and events at my son’s school. And as rewarding these things are the best and most amazing thing I have ever donated to is a child I sponsor in India through World Vision.
Life outside of elite focuses on my passions – family, friends, wellness, travel, biking, reading, enjoying other cultures and cultural events. I’m a triathlete and compete in local as well as state events. Whenever possible I take advantage of as many music, theatre, museums and cultural events I can. I have been blessed with a wonderful son who is a three-sport athlete and I enjoy watching him embrace much of what high school has to offer.
