I absolutely love love this industry. I enjoy coming into work every day. I like to help people, so this job is so rewarding. With my sales, social work, recruiting, and management background I feel I am a perfect fit for this industry. Oh, yes, and having a great sense of humor helps!
After graduating from UW-Stevens Point, I started my career in Social Work before getting into sales and eventually the staffing industry. I worked for Randstad, Snelling, QTI and Nurses PRN. I also worked as a Director of Talent Acquisition for the F. Dohmen Company, but really missed this industry. I am happy to be back in staffing and leading the TalentScout division with a wonderful talented team!
My proudest and greatest achievement is raising 2 beautiful and talented daughters. I also am a grandma to Orson, Maren, and Evelyn Rose, who are the loves of my life. I am a huge Packer fan, own season tickets and also had a gig doing the make up for the ABC announcers when they came to Lambeau to announce the games. I love all kinds of music and I play the violin (not very well). I am also slightly addicted to reality TV.
I love this job and this industry because I feel like I am giving back every day. I am involved in the international organization KIVA and also the Rescue Mission here in Milwaukee.
I enjoy spending time with my kids and grandkids. I come from a very close knit family, so I also loving being with my parents and brother and sisters. I love living in Milwaukee because we have the Brewers, Bucks and Packers. I enjoy reading, music, movies and all the great restaurants and places to see here in Milwaukee.
