I pride myself with an honest and ethical approach in all that I do. Whether it’s our internal staff or the clients we serve, it’s important for me to approach each task with integrity and a commitment toward excellence. I enjoy the opportunity to develop strong resilient teams through personal development, empowerment and accountability.
Prior to Elite I served in the Marine Corps for 25 years retiring as a Master Sergeant (aka Top). After successfully transitioning to the private sector, I’ve worked with companies large and small (including a Global Fortune 500) and gained a vast amount of experience in management, recruiting, operations, training & human resources.
My college experience was interrupted with my desire to join the military. I’m living proof that it can take up to 30 years to get a college degree!
I truly believe in helping one person at a time and find it a very rewarding experience. Over the years, I’ve been involved in mentoring elementary school students, youth football & track coach, Toys for Tots Program Coordinator, USO Board of Directors, and currently working with a group of less fortunate individuals to obtain clothing, furniture, job skills, and educational opportunities.
I enjoy spending time with family & friends and can’t seem to find enough time in the day to do all the things I’d like. We’re in the final stages of our home renovation and it’s been an extremely rewarding experience working through each challenging phase of the project.
