Over 22 years of leadership, worldwide operational management experience in the United States Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. I bring innovative and proven leadership with unsurpassed training development, management in order to champion success and strengthen organizational capabilities. I have always had the ability to solve any problem that is presented to me and have the ability to master every job I have had in a short period of time. Success has always been the only option for me. I believe people are inherently good and I strive to take care of the people I work with.
My father was in the military, so moved around about every two years, until I graduated college and was commissioned in the Army as a Second Lieutenant. With my military background, I have not lived in one place for more than 18 months at a time. My life before elite was either being around the military or being in it. I am proud that I served in a time of great uncertainty but I am glad to be a civilian again.
Outside of the military, I am proud to be a good father and friend. I went back to school and completed my MBA, graduating with honors. I did not do that for myself, but rather my son, in order to show him that you never quit learning.
I am a champion of most causes that involve having four paws and a tail. I was recently the guest speaker at “Puppy Up”, in Madison, which does cancer research for animals. I also, work with “Little Buddies” out of Mukwonago and do my best to support the lovely people there that give so much of their time in the defense of helpless animals. Pattie and her team are truly amazing and wonderful people.
I am an avid martial artist. I am learning Spanish. I spend as much time as possible with my sons, Devin and Alex.
