I am a strong believer in building solid relationships through the quality of service that I provide my clients, candidates, and colleagues. I work with an amazing group of individuals that push me to reach for the stars. My number one objective is to provide the highest quality of service to my hiring managers. I make sure to provide them with quality candidates that match their expectations in a timely manner, and make sure I exceed their expectations. I take great pride in the candidates that I work with, making sure I develop a strong trustworthy relationship and rapport. I take pride in my ability to communicate with both hiring managers and candidates, making sure that I exceed both of their expectations.
Life before elite
After graduating with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, I lived in Chicago for several years working in retail and Insurance. After four years I moved back to the Milwaukee area where I found a passion in recruiting. I worked for over six years as IT/ERP Recruiter with a small local firm and decided I wanted to take on a new challenge. In 2012 I took on a new challenge of RPO and high volume recruiting. While I enjoyed working nationally on several large accounts I knew I wanted to get back to a smaller organization that made me feel like family and not just a number. In 2015 I got back in touch with a former boss and Elite has become my home. I have had the opportunity to not only continue working in IT and high professional positions but have become well versed in the healthcare industry.
I am actively involved with volunteering my time for a number of local charities and causes. I also enjoy sharing my network and industry knowledge by helping people find jobs and write resumes.
I am very active with my son so you are able to find me most of the time at soccer, baseball, or basketball games. I am originally from Green Bay. Fall is my favorite time of year. Nothing is better than Packer football. I played golf in college so in the summer may find me out on the links. When time allows I love the outdoors, to travel, and of course spend time with friends and family.
