My main objective has always been reaching goals in an efficient way and making sure we arrive there in a customer service focused way. I’ve always prided myself on making the process enjoyable, that way your experience with me and with my company are remembered for the right reasons.
My career started in the professional sports world and then ventured into the fitness industry. Through my entire life I’ve always had a focus on athletics and a mindset of personal well-being driven into my daily life. Years down the road, I was recruited into the world of recruiting, mostly due to the positive and lasting relationships I’d built. I like to think that much of who I am today was formed in those early years of my career and my life.
I set many high marks in the sales world, but the most exciting aspects I’ve always been proud of relate to being a part of start-up teams, from designing and operating programs in the fitness world, all the way to working on the first ever globally partnered recruiting account. These are things that took creativity and good old fashioned hard work to accomplish. I’m quite proud of doing things that most people haven’t tried or have a fear of doing!
I don’t have a ton of time to give back on a large scale, but I like to think my work and efforts in helping people find dream opportunities that allow them to professionally blossom will suffice for now. I was involved with coaching youth sports years ago, and I assume when the time is right, I’ll get back to teaching kids all the great lessons I learned in team sports.
As much as I hate to admit it, I’m getting older and I’m not the athlete I once was. Still, I like to stay active and competitive as often as possible. I continue to play in a couple rec leagues and try to stay as physically active as I can, whether it be simply going to the gym or hiking with my wife. Outside of that, my main love has always been sports. So needless to say, I spend a good chunk of my free time watching or attending games of all kinds.
