The DoD Credentialing Opportunities Online (COOL) program provides funding for military services members to earn a professional certification. Building Resilient Teams™ that can work together in a challenging environment is a core competency for military leaders. The Resilience-Building Leader Program series of leadership certifications are approved for members of the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard. Military service members can earn their leadership certification no matter where they are stationed globally because our exam prep training courses and certification exams are conducted by video conference. Our Authorized Training Partners also offer on-site exam prep training at military installations. Eligibility and funding criteria are determined by each military service. US AIR FORCE
Our leadership certifications are approved for Air Force COOL. Check with Air Force COOL to determine eligibility. Eligible airmen may receive up to $4,500 (lifetime) to cover exam prep training and certification exam costs.
US ARMY
Our leadership certifications are approved for Army Credentialing Assistance. Check with Army COOL/CA to determine eligibility. Eligible soldiers may receive up to $4,000per fiscal year to cover exam prep training and certification exam costs.
US MARINE CORPS
Our leadership certifications are approved for Marine Corps COOL. Check with Marine Corps COOL to determine eligibility. The Marine Corps does not fund exam prep training for certification exams. However, the cost of training can be covered for Marines by the RBLP Sea Services Scholarships, while funding lasts.
US NAVY
Our leadership certifications are approved for Navy COOL. Check with Navy COOL to determine eligibility. The Navy does not fund the cost of exam prep training for certifications. However, the cost of training can be covered for Sailors by the RBLP Sea Services Scholarship, while funding lasts.
US COAST GUARD
Our leadership certifications are approved for Coast Guard COOL Check with Coast Guard COOL to determine eligibility. The Coast Guard does not fund exam prep training for certification exams. However, the cost of training can be covered for Coast guard personnel by the RBLP Sea Services Scholarship, while funding lasts.
